The Sprit provides delivery services for:
Prepared food from local restaurants
Medicines and health-related products from authorized pharmacies
Users can place orders through the app and have items delivered to their registered address.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this app. For pharmacy orders, you may be required to upload a valid prescription if the product is prescription-based.
Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Do not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation policies of the restaurant or pharmacy apply.
Refunds are processed based on item condition and merchant policies.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or item availability.
You agree to be available at the delivery location during the expected time frame.
The Sprit is not a medical advisor. All pharmacy products are sold and delivered by authorized vendors.
For prescription medicines, a valid prescription must be uploaded or shown at the time of delivery.
We support digital payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or cash on delivery (subject to availability).
Prices include applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
Violating terms of use
Providing false information
Abusing the service or staff
Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.
